1. Introduction
Welcome to Danson Training! By using the Danson Training platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which are crafted in compliance with the laws of Nepal. These terms apply to all instructors (teachers), learners (students), and other users of the platform.
2. Registration and Accounts
- Educators must register by paying a fee of NPR 999 to create and manage courses on the platform. This registration fee is non-refundable.
- Learners can sign up for free and pay for courses as they enroll.
- All users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and to maintain the security of their accounts.
3. Use of the Platform
- Educators are allowed to post educational content, interact with learners, and receive earnings from their courses after a deduction of 30% by Danson Training from the course fees paid by learners.
- Learners have the right to access purchased courses and interact with educators.
4. Payments and Fees
- The payment for courses will be processed through secure payment gateways. Educators will receive 70% of the course fees collected from learners, with 30% retained by Danson Training as a commission.
- All financial transactions are subject to the prevailing laws and regulations of Nepal concerning financial transactions and tax.
5. Intellectual Property
- Educators retain ownership of their course materials but grant Danson Training a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute these materials on the platform.
- Danson Training retains all rights to the Danson Training platform, including technology, software, and content created by Danson Training.
6. User Conduct
Users must not use the platform for illegal activities, must respect the intellectual property rights of others, and must not upload harmful or malicious content.
7. Termination and Suspension
Danson Training reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users violate these terms, engage in illegal activities, or harm other users or the platform.
8. Liability
- Danson Training will strive to ensure the smooth operation of the platform but is not liable for interruptions caused by factors beyond our control.
- Users agree to indemnify Danson Training against any claims or damages arising from their use of the platform.
9. Amendments to Terms
Danson Training may amend these terms at any time. Users are encouraged to review these terms periodically to understand any changes.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and any disputes related to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
